Having continuous, knowledgeable, and gentle support from two doulas (a long labor meant that a backup doula provided additional support when our primary doula had to leave--we adored both doulas) during my daughter's birth resulted in such an empowering birth experience for me and my partner. In those tender newborn months, her birth served as a source of confidence and love and inspired me to become a doula and provide that same strong foundation to you and your family.

I grew up in New Hampshire and came to Colorado after college. I live in the Sunnyside neighborhood of Denver with my husband, our toddler, some chickens, and two dogs. Before becoming a birth worker, I spent over a decade in political advocacy focused on climate change and civil rights and worked as an attorney.

Doulas play an important role in fighting for reproductive justice. I bring a clear set of values to the work I do as a doula and believe:

I am committed to advocating for systemic changes needed to create a world where these equitable values are a reality. â€‹
